About Us

Our
Story
As young coaches just starting out, we each worked in a variety of training environments, immersing ourselves in different styles of movement, coaching, and philosophy. Each of us spent years independently building our skill sets, expanding our knowledge, and exploring what it truly means to move well—and to help others do the same.

Our paths eventually crossed while coaching at the same facility, and we quickly recognized that we shared similar values and visions for our lives, as well as a deep passion for helping people grow—physically, mentally, and beyond.
Just over a year later, we got married, left our jobs, and opened The Movement Lab - a space dedicated to self-development, explored through the discipline of strength training. We’re dedicated to staying students of movement and people—continually evolving so we can offer training that’s practical, personalized, and impactful.
